INDIVIDUAL FEES

Intake evaluation (90 Min- This will be your first appointment only) - $150

50-60 minute individual or couples session - $110

Group fee per session - $30 ($240 for 8 weeks) 

Late cancellation or no-show - $50

Treatment letters or printing of records - $30

FEES​ & POLICIES
New clients will complete all intake paperwork before scheduling an appointment (this is to make a more efficient use of your time in session).

I do require that a credit card remain on file for your convenience. Full payment is due at the time of service. You can pay as far in advance as you feel comfortable. 

If you cancel with less than 24 hour notice or no-show, your card will automatically be billed $50. I take credit card, including HSA/FSA or cash.
